Our Dark Dove roast is sourced from the La Paloma region on the island of Ometepe (Oh-meh-tep-eh) in Nicaragua. With a light sheen of oil and a dark, rich body, Dark Dove is a dark coffee lover’s dream. Without the bitter aftertaste that most dark roasts have, Dark Dove shows off the earthy sweetness of molasses, dark chocolate, and roasted nut. (Please note there are no actual nuts added to our coffee).
